Atlas 3 – Libertad de Paraguay 0

Atlas won their recent friendly game against Libertad de Paraguay by a score of 3-0. This friendly was perhaps more significant because it was played with what we assume to be the final team for the 2008-2009 season.
The goal scorers were: Diego Colotto in the 32nd, Dario Botinelli converted a penalty in the 50th, and Gonzalo Vargas in the 56th.
Botinelli thus officially opened his goal account with Atlas, and as a big fan I hope to see a lot more.
Atlas’ homecoming game will be next Saturday at the Jalisco against Jaguares.
